Firearm Transfer Rules & Fee’s

• $40 per firearm
• $125 per NFA item
• Items not picked up after Ten (10) Business days or without prior authorization from Management will be charged $5 per day storage fee.  All fees including storage fees must be paid in Full at the time of pick up.
• Firearms shipped to Deep South Defense will be ready for pick up 24hrs AFTER they have arrived (excluding shipments that arrive Saturday).  
• This means that if you have received a confirmation that your shipment has arrived to our location your shipment will be ready for pick up 24hrs later.
• You will receive a phone call from Deep South Defense stating that your shipment is ready for pickup.
• We will not accept any out of state transfers from an individual.  It must come from an FFL dealer.

The process - Shipments

• From another FFL if they require our FFL please have them email Contact@deepsouthfirearms.com and we will exchange Federal papers with a legitimate dealer 
  • Most major retailers have our information already
• From an Individual State to Another State
  • These items according to the ATF MUST BE shipped to an FFL dealer.
